Privacy Policy — Connected Accounts & APIs

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This policy explains what WACC 360 collects through the LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram and WhatsApp APIs when you connect your accounts, how that data is used and shared, and how you can revoke access at any time.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy covers how WACC 360, operated by BPB Global Enterprise ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores and shares data when you connect third-party accounts to the WACC 360 Platform through our social and messaging integrations — including LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and WhatsApp (via authorized API providers). It supplements our general Privacy Policy, which remains in force.

Our Platform uses official APIs provided by LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and authorized WhatsApp Business API providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation, Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp.

2. Data we collect through LinkedIn APIs

When you connect your LinkedIn account, we request only the permissions needed to publish and manage content on your behalf. Via the LinkedIn APIs we collect:

  • •Your basic profile: name, profile picture, headline and public profile identifier.
  • •Your email address (as provided by LinkedIn sign-in).
  • •The LinkedIn organizations (company pages) you administer, when you choose to add them as publishing destinations.
  • •Content you create, schedule or publish through WACC 360, and the publishing status of that content.

3. Data we collect through Facebook Pages and Instagram APIs

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, via the Meta APIs we collect:

  • •The list of Pages you manage and basic Page details (name, category).
  • •Your Instagram Business account username and identifier.
  • •Content you create, schedule or publish through WACC 360, and post performance metrics (such as impressions and clicks) for content published by you.

4. Data we collect through WhatsApp and messaging providers

The Platform connects to WhatsApp through authorized WhatsApp Business API providers. When you link a business number, we process the messages, media and metadata exchanged on that number for the messaging, CRM and AI-assistant features you enable. This data is processed under our general Privacy Policy and the provider's and Meta's own terms.

5. How we use connected-account data

  • •To publish, schedule and manage the posts you create or approve on the destinations you connect.
  • •To run the AI features you enable — drafting posts, generating insights and business intelligence — using your own connected data only.
  • •To report publishing status and post performance back to you inside the Platform.
  • •To keep the connections working: refreshing access, verifying the connection is still valid, and alerting you when something fails.

6. Sharing

Connected-account data stays inside your WACC 360 workspace. We share it only with: the API provider itself (LinkedIn, Meta, or the WhatsApp API provider) as needed to perform the action you requested; our hosting and AI model providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; and legal authorities where required by law. Administrators of your workspace can see records belonging to the workspace, as described in the general Privacy Policy.

7. Storage and security

Access tokens issued by LinkedIn, Meta and our messaging providers are stored server-side, encrypted in transit, and never exposed to other users or in the browser. We apply role-based access controls and audit logging. We retain connected-account data and publishing records only while your connection is active and your account is open.

8. Your choices and revoking access

You stay in control of every connection:

  • •Disconnect at any time from Channels or Growth → Social in WACC 360 — we immediately stop using the connection and delete the stored token.
  • •Revoke WACC 360 from the network's own settings (LinkedIn: Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted services; Facebook/Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites).
  • •Request deletion of any data we already stored, at any time, through the app or your account manager.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our integrations evolve; material changes are announced in the app. For privacy questions, data requests or complaints about connected-account data, contact us through the in-app support channels or your account manager.
