WACC 360 provides AI-assisted business tooling and B2B trust infrastructure. These disclosures explain the limits of what our system can and cannot tell you — particularly around research-use-only products, AI outputs, verification records and program commissions.
Products listed, quoted or sold through WACC Verified™ B2B distribution channels — including research chemicals, peptides and laboratory materials — are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not approved as drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, or administration of any kind.
Buyers are solely responsible for handling, storage, and lawful use of research materials in their jurisdiction. Neither WACC 360, BPB Global Enterprise, their partners nor their AI agents provide dosing, administration, or medical guidance under any circumstances.
Nothing on the Platform — including AI agent conversations, replies, insights, briefings or documentation — constitutes medical, clinical, nutritional, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. AI agents operate under strict research-use-only guardrails and will decline requests for dosing, administration or treatment guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.
The WACC Verified claim verification layer deliberately distinguishes documented facts from supplier assertions. Claims classified as "supplier-provided" or "pending verification" have not been independently confirmed. A claim's classification reflects the evidence on file at the time of review and may change as new evidence emerges. Do not treat supplier claims as verified unless they carry a "verified" classification with cited evidence.
The public verification service confirms whether a verification code matches a verified lot passport on file at the time of the lookup. A successful check is a record-matching tool against counterfeiting — it is not a guarantee of safety, purity, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued accuracy, and it does not replace buyer due diligence, incoming inspection or regulatory obligations. Recalled, expired or flagged lots are shown with their status where known.
Instant B2B quotes, volume discounts, delivery estimates, cost-per-mg figures and reorder predictions are automated estimates. They are not binding commitments and may change based on availability, market conditions and final order confirmation. Predictive features (e.g., reorder intelligence, churn risk) are statistical indications, not certainties.
CRM scoring, growth analytics, real estate investment analytics, opportunity radar and similar features provide informational business intelligence. They do not constitute investment, valuation or transaction advice, and past performance or modeled projections do not guarantee future results.

Affiliate and partner links may earn the referrer a commission on qualifying transactions. Program participants must disclose their commission relationship in promotional content. Commission rates and attribution rules are published in the program terms, and commissions are payable only on properly attributed, completed, non-refunded transactions.
Business messaging (including WhatsApp) delivered through the Platform is sent by Users for their own business purposes. Recipients should follow the opt-out instructions provided in any message. We require Users to comply with anti-spam and consent laws; we do not send unsolicited messages on our own behalf.
Payment, payroll and payout features rely on third-party payment providers. We are not a bank and funds held by payment providers are governed by those providers' terms. Reconciliation outputs and financial reports are informational summaries, not audited financial statements.
The Platform may link to third-party websites and content for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services accessed through such links.
